IN TEMPESTATE PRORSUM is not a phrase we found in a history book. We made it — from two truths our family has carried for generations.
Securitas — safety in the storm — comes from a small medallion passed down on our mother’s side of the family. It was never a treasure. It was never even important. That is exactly why it matters.
Prorsum — forward — was carved on the family crest of the Haupt-Buchenrode: the certainty that life moves forward. Always forward. Especially through the storm.
